Use your space as little as possible and make sure you make the experience enjoyable also for the local people coming here, especially elders who want to enjoy a good sushi meal. It is one of a kind so try to blend into the Japanese culture as much as possible. Humbleness, patience and respect are the unwritten rules of this place (and in Japan in general). It has that coziness (it is not a very touristic place) and warmth which made me feel like home in Japan which is quite rare and almost impossible most of the time. Of course, sushi is good everywhere in Tokyo, even the ones in convenience stores however this place has the best sushi I ate (and I am a big fan of it in general). It was in the same building I was working on, so I was very lucky to discover. I have discovered this place during a three months assignment in Japan, by chance.
